Warranty Policy for New and Second-Hand Goods
At Dux Supply BV, we offer a one-year warranty on second-hand goods. However, please note that the legal conformity guarantee of two years for consumer goods applies as follows:

Legal Conformity Guarantee: The statutory warranty of two years for consumer goods is applicable unless the product is explicitly stated as second-hand or classified as a margin product. In Belgium, the standard warranty period is two years.

Start of Warranty: The legal warranty period begins from the moment the product is delivered to the consumer, whether purchased in-store or through our website.

Assumption of Defect: If the product becomes defective within two years of delivery, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery. If we disagree with this presumption, it is our responsibility to prove otherwise.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover schade veroorzaakt door drukken, stoten, water, verkleuring, algemene slijtage, rolslijtage en dergelijke schade die ontstaat bij normaal gebruik van het product.
