Return Policy
Duration:
Our return policy extends for a period of 15 days from the date of your purchase. If 15 days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns:
To qualify for a return, your item must remain unused and in its original condition and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
Please note that certain items cannot be returned. These include perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, as well as intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases. Additionally, the following items are non-returnable:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items
Required Documentation:
In order to process your return, we require a valid receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds:
There are situations where only partial refunds may be granted, if applicable. These include:
Books with evident signs of use
Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record
Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons unrelated to our error
Items returned more than 15 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable):
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a specified timeframe.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
If you have not received your refund yet, please take the following steps:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay in posting the refund.
Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Sale Items (if applicable):
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at Dux.supply@hotmail.com and send your item to: Dux Supply, Nationalestraat 18, 2000 Antwerpen, Belgium.
Gifts:
If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of the return.
Shipping:
To return your product, please mail it to: Dux Supply, Nationalestraat 18, 2000 Antwerpen, Belgium. You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, and these costs are non-refundable. In case of a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item valued over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
